- Ask your workmates to join with you, to add your voice to the nearly 10,000 unionised Aged Care workers nationwide to collectively fight for safe staffing: www.etu.nz/join
- Organise/support a workplace delegation to your employer when the petitions are delivered (likely 9 Dec, tbc)
- Take a next step, reach out to your workmates to sign a pledge to act for safe staffing, and join a delegation to your MP so that when this is debated at the select committee, they have heard YOUR stories, YOUR experiences.
